5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer. 2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation. 4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills 2+ years of recent experience with Python Nice to Have

Familiarity with banking products Experience with Google Cloud Platform Previous experience with Data bricks. Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute customer marketing offers and communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic, and segmentations Apply Next Best Action design principles to build and test decision strategies and campaign eligibility using Pega applications Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across multiple channels Analyze campaign presentment and customer response data to identify trends and business insights Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders,
