Pillar5 Pharma is seeking a skilled and motivated Facility Mechanic to join our Maintenance team. This hands‑on role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving manufacturing and facility equipment within a quick‑paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting production operations by ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a safe and efficient facility.What you'll be doingPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on manufacturing lines and facility equipmentSupport production equipment including conveyors, packaging lines, compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, and other mechanical systemsRespond to equipment breakdowns and complete corrective repairs in a timely mannerConduct preventative maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performanceAssist with equipment installations, line changeovers, and facility improvement projectsTroubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issuesWork collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support production schedulesBe available to work extended hours and weekends, when required, to support emergency repairs and minimize operational downtimeComplete maintenance documentation and work orders in accordance with GMP and company requirementsMaintain a safe, clean,
