As an Operations Coordinator at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, you will head, procure, and maintain all systems essential for wastewater treatment. Your leadership will guide both operations and maintenance teams. You will also manage control room coverage, troubleshooting process issues related to chemical dosing, flow rates, and pressures within the distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct and manage all equipment systems in the treatment facility • Lead operations and maintenance team activities and training • Investigate and resolve operational issues swiftly • Maintain compliance with environmental health and safety regulations • Monitor and improve wastewater treatment processes

Requirements: • Minimum Class 1 certification for the facility • Valid Class G driver's license required • Availability for overtime and on-call rotations • Knowledge of advanced wastewater treatment operations • Experience with SCADA and computerized systems
