Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings
• Operate bakery equipment including mixers and ovens
• Decorate pastries and maintain product displays
• Follow established recipes and safety procedures
• Keep the bakery environment organized and clean
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of bakery experience
• Complete at least first year of Baking Apprenticeship
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Stay organized in rapid-paced settings
