Specialist, CSS, REMS EVALUATION, North AmericaLocation: Titusville or Somerville, New Jersey (alternative location Toronto, Canada)About the RoleThe REMS Evaluation Specialist is the subject matter expert (SME) for REMS EVALUATION products. The Specialist provides superior key analytics and accelerates growth by building strong and collaborative relationships. The Specialist seeks out new Business Development opportunities to streamline and enhance the Customer Service function. This position requires in-depth knowledge of each operating company’s policies and procedures and FDA/DEA requirements, and the varying Elements to Assure Safe Use per REMS EVALUATION product. Must possess high-level multi-tasking and organizational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations:SME on REMS Evaluation process steps, FDA REMS Evaluation requirements documentation ETASU. Provides training content and continuous knowledge transfer to the team. Be an expert in all systems and support Business Manager processes.Quality:Perform routine trending on all customer/order issues and concerns. Function as a subject matter expert in all REMS Evaluation matters and audits. Perform routine tasks in the document management system. Run key reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Perform necessary analytics and address concerns.Business Development:Serve as the key point person on new REMS EVALUATION required product support and launches. Develop process improvements and efficiency gains.



Propose ideas, obtain acceptance, implement project plans, execute projects, and communicate findings and lessons learned.QualificationsEducation:University degree is required.Experience & Skills (Required):Minimum of 5 years of in-depth business knowledge and customer focus.Core Competencies:In-depth knowledge of current ERP systems; adept organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; works independently; able to influence without direct reporting responsibility; serves as subjectmatter expert for business; advanced problem solving and solid analytical experience; ability to work in a dynamic environment managing competing priorities and deadlines.Preferred Skills:Analytical Reasoning, Business Behavior, Customer Centricity, Customer Intelligence, Customer Service Philosophy, Customer Support Operations, Customer Support Platforms, Customer Support Policies and Procedures, Customer Support Trends, Data Analysis, Execution Focus, Issue Escalation, Mentorship, Order Processing, Service Excellence, Service Request Management.Anticipated Pay Range:65,000 - 89,915 (USD).Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
