They’re scaling from 10,000 to ~15,000+ units and leaning aggressively into development while most groups are pulling back.INSTITUTIONALIZE A GROWING PLATFORMHistorically self-funded, they’re now evolving toward institutional capital partnerships and international family office capital. This role sits at the center of that evolution and offers significantly more influence, visibility, and progression than most large institutional shops.What Sets You ApartYou bring seven plus years of real estate development experience, preferably in purpose-built rental or multifamily projects. You have a strong understanding of capital structuring, land evaluation, and IRR-based underwriting. You have a degree in finance, real estate or similar, and any relevant designations will be considered an asset. Solid collaboration and communication skills, advanced Excel modeling and ability to build complex development pro formas.CompensationExpected base salary of $180,000 to $200,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
