Reporting to the Director, Business Systems PMO, theOperational Excellence Senior Project Manageris responsible for the planning and delivery ofcomplex, cross‑functional operations projectsthat support company and corporate objectives. These initiatives may include process improvement programs, operational productivity initiatives, digital operations enablement, and compliance‑related efforts.The role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed execution roadmaps, and lead delivery through disciplined project management and governance frameworks.This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined performance targets while driving operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable results.This position is located in London, Ontario and will be hybrid.Typical DayProject Planning & GovernancePlan and manage multiple projects by leading business case qualification, defining scope, schedule, resources, risks, and costDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentationApply standard project management, Visual Project Management (VPM), and continuous improvement tools to improve delivery effectivenessProject Execution & DeliveryLead the execution of medium to large and/or high‑impact business initiativesSupport post‑implementation reviews, lessons learned, and sustainment of delivered solutionsStakeholder Alignment & FacilitationFacilitate cross‑functional planning sessions, workshops, and reviews to align stakeholders on objectives, priorities, and delivery commitmentsProvide clear, timely communication through dashboards, structured updates,



and report‑outs to project sponsors, steering teams, and leadershipRisk, Dependency & Change ManagementProactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, project impacts, and dependencies across functions and sitesManage scope and change control, evaluating impacts to cost, schedule, resources, and business outcomesFinancial Tracking & Benefits RealizationPartner with Finance and Operations leaders to track project costs, advantages, savings, and realization of expected outcomesCompliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with internal governance, documentation standards, and audit or regulatory requirements as applicableEssential RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial environmentsDemonstrated experience delivering cross‑functional operational or transformational projectsStrong understanding of program/project performance metrics (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity)Experience working in dynamic,

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.ONTARIO ONLY: The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
