This position will be 100% in office; no work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and decipher how to obtain certain measurementsMake accurate and precise measurementsPerform First Article Inspections (FAI) as assignedProduce FAI Reports (FAIR) as assignedMaintain records associated with the FAI processProvide FAI status updates to stakeholdersPerform other duties as assigned by SupervisorCompetenciesStrong working knowledge of precision dimensional measuring equipment such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, pin gauges,



radius gauges and protractors.Ability to make accurate measurements precisely.Problem solving skills.Proficiency with Office 365.Attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiar with ISO 9001 and AS9102 standards.Organizational and time management skills.SOLIDWORKS Inspection and Project Data Management familiarity could bring additional compensation.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.At least 1 year of experience utilizing precision measuring equipment.At least 1 year of FAI experience.Physical, Mental, and Environmental DemandsActivities: Sitting – 30%, Walking/Standing – 70%.Lifting: Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.Bending: Must be able to bend, squat, crawl and climb.Vision: Long periods of close work on small fonts and fine print on drawings and ability to see small or detailed items.Mental demands: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Environment: Not climate controlled.
