Our company is looking for a detailed-oriented QA Team Lead.ResponsibilitiesAddress daily quality issues on the production floor and provide real-time support to operationsTrain employees on GMP, HACCP, and food safety standardsLead and manage QA investigations related to production issuesInvestigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutionConduct product shelf-life verification and monitoring activitiesDevelop and maintain weekly QA schedules; adjust based on production planning needsProvide coverage and support for QA Specialists during absences (vacation/sick leave)Oversee and manage the Environmental Monitoring ProgramTrain and mentor the QA team on BRC and other quality/safety programsAct as the primary QA point of contact for production and QA team inquiries on the floorManage and execute the product changeover program to ensure compliance and efficiencyAssign daily tasks and production line coverage to QA SpecialistsJob TermsJob Type: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week, adjustment pending on business needProbationary Period:
