Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into precision components and assemblies used across various industries. Your expertise in welding, machining, and blueprint reading will drive the production of high-quality metal products.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Operate and maintain machinery such as , plasma cutters, and machining tools to shape and assemble metal components.
- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts securely and accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring devices to ensure exact cuts and fits.
- Conduct rigging tasks involving cranes and forklifts to move heavy materials safely within the workspace.
- Fabricate ductwork, structural components, or custom metal assemblies according to project specifications.




- Follow safety protocols consistently while working with welding equipment, machinery, and heavy materials.

Requirements

- Proven experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
- Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding, with the ability to pass relevant certifications preferred.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math calculations necessary for precise fabrication.
- Familiarity with plasma cutting, press brake operation, machining processes, and hand/power tools usage.
- Knowledge of rigging procedures involving cranes or forklifts for material handling.
- Construction or industrial experience is highly desirable; experience with ductwork or assembly projects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high safety standards.
