The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Millwork / Cabinet Installer to join our expanding team.

The ideal candidate has strong experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork, takes pride in precision and craftsmanship, and can work independently while meeting project schedules and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Install custom cabinets, millwork, vanities, furniture, and related components at residential and commercial job sites.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, measurements, and installation details.
- Accurately measure, level, align, fit, and secure cabinetry and millwork.
- Install hardware including hinges, drawer slides, handles, pulls, and other accessories.
- Assemble and install cabinet components while ensuring a high-quality finished product.
- Make adjustments and modifications on-site when required to achieve a proper fit and finish.
- Repair, modify, or replace cabinet and millwork components as needed.
- Work with project managers, designers, foremen, and other trades to coordinate installations.
- Identify potential installation issues and communicate them to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area.
- Protect finished surfaces and client properties during installation.
- Complete installation reports and provide updates on the progress of work.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards,



project specifications, and client expectations.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other millwork and shop-related duties when required.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cabinet installation, millwork installation, carpentry, or a related trade preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, hardware, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Strong measuring, fitting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience working with custom cabinetry and high-end finishes is an asset.
- Experience with cabinet fabrication or woodworking is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites is an asset.
- Must be physically capable of lifting materials, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working in active construction environments.
