Join a team! AGF Rebar is seeking a Millwright at our Kitchener location for the afternoon shift.

Since 1948, AGF has played a key role in the supply and installation of reinforcing steel, with over 50,000 projects completed across the country and beyond. About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform immediate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Overhaul and install current equipment as needed.
- Rebuild and fabricate parts.
- Weld components as required.




- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
- Perform facility maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Submit parts requests to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Create and complete work orders as assigned.
- Conduct equipment changeovers and production line setups.

About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- 3+ years of mechanical/electrical/pneumatical/hydraulic experience preferred;
- Licensed Millwright or Electrician preferred;
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred;
- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment;
- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude;
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics. #P1
