Job Overview

The successful candidate will perform cleanup and restoration services following fire, water, mould or other property-damage incidents. This is a hands‑on position that involves working in a variety of environments and using specialized tools and techniques to safely and efficiently restore damaged properties. Previous restoration experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

- Perform water-damage and fire-restoration services
- Remove damaged materials and clean affected areas
- Assist with mould remediation and asbestos-abatement procedures while following established safety protocols
- Use hand tools, power tools and construction equipment to dismantle, repair or replace damaged structures
- Complete carpet cleaning,



surface cleaning and debris removal
- Assist with setting up and taking down containment areas
- Follow established safety procedures during all mitigation activities
- Document completed work and communicate progress to team members and supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized worksites
- Properly dispose of hazardous materials according to regulations

Required Skills

- Valid driver’s licence is required
- Must be able and willing to travel for work
- Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, mould remediation or a related field is considered an asset
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools and specialized equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, crawling and working in confined spaces
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills
- Dependable, motivated and willing to learn
