Mobile Coordinator – Security Operations

Position Overview

Raw Security & Investigations Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and field-focused Mobile Coordinator to support security operations across multiple client locations.

The Mobile Coordinator will serve as a key connection between security guards, field supervisors, clients, and the operations team. This position requires strong judgment, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to changing operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily security operations across assigned client sites.

Monitor guard attendance, shift check-ins, and deployment requirements.

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site visits and guard inspections.

Verify compliance with post orders, company policies, uniform standards, and client expectations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, guard no-shows, and operational concerns.

Assist with arranging replacement coverage for last-minute absences.

Provide field support, direction, and coaching to security personnel.

Communicate professionally with clients and provide operational updates when required.

Review incident reports, patrol reports, and shift documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Document all site visits, incidents, corrective actions, and operational activities.

Assist with new guard site orientations and post-order training.

Inspect company equipment and ensure it is used and maintained correctly.

Escalate serious incidents, performance concerns, or client complaints to management.





Maintain confidentiality and comply with Ontario’s security regulations and company standards.

Required Qualifications

Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.

Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Previous experience in security operations, mobile patrol, supervision, or coordination is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prepare clear and professional reports.

Solid organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.

Comfortable using email, GPS, mobile applications, and digital reporting systems.

Familiarity with Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area is considered an asset.

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Professional appearance and a strong commitment to client service.

Flexible availability, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
