We AIM for excellence.Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who will be versatile and ensure the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements including safety and environmental needs.What we offerHourly pay for this position starts at CAD30/hr,
plus overtime after 44 hours.Permanent and full‑time position.Opportunity for overtime.Group insurance after 3 months.Group RRSP after 6 months (optional).Workwear and work boots provided after 3 months.What you will be responsible forDealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization’s objectives, regulations, and procedures.Coordinating, organizing, and supervising his/her team to carry out day‑to‑day operations and ensure the schedule is followed.Taking the necessary measures to protect health and safety to prevent work‑related accidents.Taking the necessary measures to protect the setting by ensuring compliance with the regulations and laws in force.Distributing work between team members to operate in an optimal way.Supporting team members in resolving problems encountered.Coordinating continuous improvement projects related to production.QualificationsYou have a minimum of 2 years of experience in production as a team lead.You have a history of improving individual and team performance.You have prior steel or metal experience — an asset.You have strong communication skills.You have strong health and safety skills.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
