Job SummaryThe Warehouse Operator carries out and assists in all warehouse functions and movements including, but not limited to, Receiving, Shipping, Order Processing, Inventory Control, Warehousing and operation of powered material equipment while taking into consideration the company’s commitment to our seven Core Values such as Sustainability (people, the planet, and profit) in the planning and implementation of all actions related to the area of responsibility.ShiftSunday - Wednesday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMWage ScalesLevel 1 - $23.14 - $26.37Level 2 - $26.37 - $29.60Level 3 - $29.60 - $32.83Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for mobile equipment operation following safety procedures including pre shift inspection and maintenanceLoad and unload trucks and trailersPerform all receiving functions in an accurate and timely mannerVerify receipts with accuracy and detail while checking for damageLabeling, wrapping and tagging of product and skidsLocating, retrieving and replacing products in the system via mobile equipmentMaterial Handling functions such as:Kitting and staging of raw material and packaging materialsReturning unused material from manufacturingLocating Work in Progress (WIP) in the warehouseHandle requests of material transfers to other warehouses working with other departments as requiredMaintain accurate inventory by using Factors ERP system (Syspro), and WMSRetrieve materials from auto warehouse bin locations and recognize and identify auto warehouse equipment breakdowns, as requiredFully understand the floor bin location numbering system and be able to pick and put away inventory in these locationsPrepare outbound shipments of Finished Goods,



Bulk and PackagingSupport inventory counts and maintain accurate inventoryAttend and participate in staff, cross functional and safety meetings as requiredEnsure that warehouse is organized, clean, secure, and well maintainedFollow and adhere to all given instructions including Work Procedures (WP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessionsReport all quality issues to department leadershipContribute to a positive work environment and team atmosphereOther duties as assignedRequirementsTechnicalProficient communication skills both verbal and written in the English languageAccuracy with documentation and transactionsWilling and able to obtain company provided power pallet jack and forklift operator certificationKnowledge of general warehouse procedures including shipping, receiving and inventory management functions an assetExperience with ERP and WMS systems, Syspro in particular, an assetMicrosoft Office knowledge an assetAttributesDemonstrates good work habits, reliable and on timeSafety consciousAble to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy pallets through the warehouseAvailable to work a flexible schedule when neededWell organized and able to be responsible for multiple tasksCooperative attitude, willingness to meet challenging deadlines if requiredAble to work successfully with minimum oversightAbility to work quickly with time restraintsPositively contributes to team moraleRespect for authority and company policyCourteous and skilled demeanor when dealing with internal and external customersThis position is open to all qualified applicants who are legally entitled to work in the country in which this job is located.#J-18808-Ljbffr
