Facilities AdministratorPlay a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our workplaces running smoothly across Canada. Serve as a vital partner to the Facilities Management team, ensuring safe, efficient, and welcoming office environments that support our people and our purpose.Your ImpactProvide administrative tracking for all vendors and landlords in your region.Coordinate project administrative processes and maintain accurate project documentation files in a timely manner.Work with Office Representatives to assist with vendor management and vendor replacement where needed.Confirm vendor contact information and manage an online database of collected information.Act as Facilities Coordinator delegate, liaising with building management on day-to-day issues such as elevators, fire drills, and other building matters.Manage actions assigned on security access systems and office assets including workstations, offices, staff lockers, and parking for company and employee vehicles.Assist the Facilities Manager in monitoring and managing costs to meet budget targets.Assist and oversee mail and courier operations on site when no mailroom technician is present.Greet and direct clients and visitors in a cordial and skilled manner.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.Support ad-hoc requests from the Facilities Management team.The Skills That Set You ApartCompleted High School Diploma.Minimum of 3 years of equivalent administrative experience.Project planning experience is desirable.Completion of a post-secondary diploma related to Office Administration is considered an asset.Demonstrated administrative capabilities in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a corporate environment.Organized, approachable, able to recognize priorities, and able to work with minimal supervision while living WSP's vision and values and adopting a Best for WSP mindset.CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$57,500 – $76,200MB & ON:$52,500 – $72,300NB, NL, NS, PE & QC:$52,000 – $69,000Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
