Reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, you will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents with mobility and nutrition while adhering to care plans and company standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the clinical team, accurate documentation, safety, and respectful resident interactions. VPS screening and CPR/First Aid are required.
