Location: Squamish, British Columbia. Hourly wage: $23–$25 per hour. This role reports to the Manager of Procurement and supports a growing Procurement Team, gaining exposure to accounting, finance and operations.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Procurement Team through the full procurement cycle, from stakeholder discussions and vendor selection to goods receipt, returns of unsatisfactory products, and inventory storage.Prepare and issue purchase orders based on stakeholder needs and inventory requirements.Maintain centralized documents and reports essential to the ordering function.Assist with shipping, expediting and logistics, ensuring shipments are received in good condition and cross‑reference product deliveries with purchase orders.Support the Accounting Team with accounts payable by verifying that service invoices have been approved.Perform shipping/receiving duties, including lifting and handling products for transport and storage; may involve shop equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts and overhead cranes.Allocate, pick,
