Responsibilities

- supervise children during morning and afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including tutoring sessions, arts and crafts, sports, and recreational games
- Support children’s social-emotional development by promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution strategies
- Assist with homework help and tutoring to reinforce classroom learning and build academic confidence
- Maintain a clean, organized activity space that is welcoming and conducive to learning

- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians,



and team members about children’s progress and any concerns
- Support early childhood education principles by creating an engaging environment that fosters curiosity and exploration
- split shift Monday -Friday 7:30-9:30am

- Monday to Friday 2:30-5:30pm

Skills

- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings
- Solid knowledge of tutoring techniques and teaching strategies suitable for diverse age groups
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere
- Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments

Pay: $16.75 per hour
