Role Description This full time remote Mortgage Agent role is responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, explaining mortgage options, collecting and reviewing documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of applications.

The Mortgage

Agent will maintain regular communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues. The role also involves identifying opportunities for mortgage refinancing or new products, supporting marketing efforts,



and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgages, including common products, terms, and regulations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Servicing, with the ability to manage applications and post-closing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Mortgage Marketing, including promoting mortgage solutions and nurturing leads.
- Relevant experience in client advisory or financial services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple files, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mortgage origination software and basic proficiency in office productivity tools.
- High ethical standards, commitment to regulatory compliance, and a client-centric approach to service.
- Preferred: Previous experience as a mortgage agent or loan officer and applicable licensing or certifications as required by local regulations.
