Motor Coach Mechanic Apprentice – 2nd/3rd Year

We’re looking for a 2nd or 3rd Year Motor Coach Mechanic Apprentice to join our Calgary team. This is a great prospect to continue building your skills in a hands-on environment while working alongside experienced technicians and gaining practical experience with motor coaches and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on motor coaches
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and related systems
- Diagnose, service, and repair emission and after-treatment systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections
- Identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with experienced technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
- Keep the work area, tools, and equipment organized and maintained

Qualifications
- Registered 2nd or 3rd Year Heavy Equipment Technician / Truck & Transport Mechanic Apprentice




- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience diagnosing and repairing emission systems is preferred
- Previous experience working on motor coaches, buses, trucks, or other commercial vehicles is an asset, but not required
- Basic electrical diagnostic skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence
