Right now, we are restructuring our hiring to completely eliminate entry-level, unmotivated labor. We want to take the heavy lifting off our veteran staff by surrounding them with people who actually know the trade.

We are actively looking for reliable, experienced movers who take pride in their efficiency, problem-solving, and teamwork.If you are a seasoned mover who wants to work with an organized, tight-knit crew where everyone pulls their own weight, we want you.Our Tiered Pay Structure:

- Experienced Mover (Swamper): $25.00 – $26.00 / hr. (2+ years of professional experience, packing/wrapping masters).
- Mover / Driver (Class 5): $27.00 – $28.00 / hr. (Clean abstract, comfortable maneuvering 5-ton trucks in tight YVR spaces).
- Crew Lead / Heavy Driver (Class 3 or 1): $29.00 – $32.00 / hr. (On-site leaders who can handle customer invoicing and drive heavy equipment).

What We Need From You:

- Minimum 1–2 years of professional residential or commercial moving experience.
- Expertise in pad-wrapping, dollie handling, tight-corner maneuvering, and truck packing.
- A reliable, punctual mindset—when the pack starts at 7:30 AM, you are there at 7:25 AM.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Requirements:

- Valid Work Permit
- Class 5 driver’s licence with a driver’s abstract
- A positive and hard-working attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Available to work on weekends
- Able to commute to our facility near the PNE area

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
