Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Multi Site Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple locations. Kar Group own and operate multiple business locations and work with multiple brands of fuel retail companies within Edmonton and Western provinces.

Responsibilities

- Run operations of all sites following Kar Group standards and policies as well Brand standards (Mystery Shop, Guest Survey, Site Reviews)
- Ensuring sites are accurately completing shift sheets, processing paperwork, replenishing ATM's and making bank deposits in timely manners and all controllable items are in check (Cash, Cigarettes, Tobacco, Vapes, Lottery, Gift Cards, Payouts) .
- Kar Communication website checked daily to ensure sales numbers are updated accurately, necessary documents and information are uploaded on time and inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Kar Financial Accounting System to be checked daily to verify purchases, ATM log, Cash over/short and monitor Gross Margin for each site.
- Completing all aspects of the grading report for each site with 100% accuracy
- Hiring and training team members & store supervisors/managers.



Verify scheduling and ensure store business hours are followed and labour hours are within the budget
- Providing monthly reviews to supervisors & managers
- Completion of monthly inventory counts and submission to, ensuring year end inventory sheets are up to date and regularly maintained for mid year counts and year end inventory counts
- Submission of verified timesheets to HR at the end of each pay period
- Managing store inventory by monitoring and approving orders either made by site or by vendors
- Ensure that store merchandising and pricing are up to date as per Kar Holdings standards
- Recording maintenance issues and escalating when necessary
- Providing weekly action plan with regular updates after each site visit
- Other duties as needed

Experience

- Proven experience in sales, retail, or related roles with a track record of driving sales growth.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in multi-site or multi-team environments.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and build lasting relationships.
- Prior experience managing budgets, operational workflows, and implementing strategic plans is preferred.
