About the Opportunity

Bella Group of Companies is growing its permanent, in-house construction team to support a strong pipeline of Bella-owned developments in Fredericton.

This is a long-term career opportunity, not employment tied to the completion of one project. We are looking for experienced, versatile construction and finishing professionals who can contribute across different stages of construction as our projects progress.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, works dependably and can transition between structural, exterior and interior finishing work as required.

Areas of Experience

We are interested in candidates with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following:

- Wood or light-gauge steel framing
- Siding and exterior finishing
- Insulation and vapour barrier installation
- Door, trim and finish carpentry
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation
- Hardware, fixtures and accessories
- Suite finishing and deficiency work
- General construction and site coordination
- Reading plans and completing work accurately

What We Are Looking For

- Practical construction or finishing experience
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
- Ability to work productively as part of a team
- Versatility and willingness to assist across different stages of construction
- Ability to follow plans, specifications and direction accurately




- Commitment to safe work practices
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada

Red Seal certification, carpentry certification and relevant safety training are considered assets but are not mandatory for every position. Proven ability, reliability and quality of work are equally important.
