· Harvesting and packing specialty mushrooms

· Crop maintenance as necessary to ensure the quality and volume needed for each order

· Loading and unloading substrate in climate containers and modular buildings.

· Cleaning and sanitizing climate containers and modular buildings after crop is harvested each week.

· Labeling finished product and use software system to manage inventory

· Maintain container environmental conditions

· Provide input to improve the farm’s process efficiency

· Maintain food safety records including pre-ops, harvesting, and storage records

· Prepare packaging materials

· Other reasonable tasks and duties as required

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
