Role Description

This is an internship role for a Music Industry Assistant with an expectation to develop into part time work. The Music Executive Assistant will support executives with day-to-day administrative tasks, which could include managing expense reports, coordinating schedules and providing general executive support. The role is hybrid,



located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with some flexibility for remote work. It's ideal for the candidate to have a vehicle and valid license.

Qualifications

- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience with managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the music industry is a plus
