Duties

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or retail products through effective upselling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products, lotions, polishes, and other beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue




- Keep workstations clean and organized while adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive salon experience

Skills

- Proficiency in various nail care techniques including body waxing (nice-to-have) for added service offerings
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to uphold health standards at all times
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
- Experience in retail sales to promote products that complement nail services
- Ability to perform body waxing (preferred) as an additional skill that enhances client satisfaction
