Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Provide professional body waxing or threading treatments to meet client needs while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales




- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product advantages to foster trust and loyalty
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, products used, and client preferences for future reference

Experience

- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist is mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued
- Social media presence and strong following a must
- Own client base prefered
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques and best practices in sanitation is essential
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members
- Proven ability to upsell retail products naturally during consultations or treatment sessions
- Familiarity with nail care procedures, sanitation standards, and customer service excellence is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
