Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ needs, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future visits




- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate your skills

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with proficiency in various nail techniques and designs
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for hygiene in a salon environment
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products and additional services confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
