Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, gel-X, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services or products.
- Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Build lasting relationships through friendly customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Keep accurate records of appointments, treatments performed,



and retail transactions to support business operations.

Skills

- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, gel-X applications and nail art design.
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to uphold strict sanitation practices to ensure client safety and comply with health standards.
- Proven ability in upselling retail products naturally within the service experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills that foster a welcoming atmosphere and encourage client loyalty.
- Basic retail sales skills to promote products confidently and increase revenue.
