Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field.

Candidates with technical degrees should demonstrate substantial banking or payment-systems experience.
- A relevant Master’s degree or recognized professional certification in payments, banking, treasury, technology, project/service management, or a related area is an advantage.

Minimum Years Of Relevant Work Experience

- Minimum eight (8) years of progressively responsible qualified experience in banking, central banking, payment systems, treasury/settlement, clearing, banking operations, financial infrastructure implementation, or closely related areas,



including at least three (3) years of direct experience in payments, settlement, treasury/back-office, clearing, payment-systemoperations, or payment-system implementation.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with bank payment operations, interbank settlement, reconciliation, treasury/back-office processes, payment-system connectivity, or implementation of shared banking/payment infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating system implementation, testing, participant onboarding, operational readiness, go-live, or post-implementation support involving banks, technology vendors, or financial-sector institutions.
- Experience working across business/operations and technology teams and translating system
- or vendor requirements into practical banking procedures, controls, and implementation actions.
- Experience engaging with senior management and coordinating multiple institutional stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to follow up actions and drive issues to resolution.

Required Language(s)

- Fluency in Arabic and strong working proficiency in English sufficient to review technical and operational documentation, participate in vendor meetings and trainings, and prepare reports and correspondence.
