Role Overview

Are you a deal architect who knows how to turn complexity into value? As a Negotiator, you'll represent Fortune 1000 organizations by leading strategic pricing discussions with their existing supply chain partners to unlock meaningful cost reductions and improved terms. You'll drive supplier decisions through strategic positioning, competitive intelligence, and consultative framing, connecting disparate data points to build compelling business cases that shift negotiations in your clients' favor.

This is a high-volume, strategic role built for closers who understand how to navigate organizational complexity and orchestrate outcomes across multiple decision-makers. Pattern recognition, executive presence, and the ability to advance deals while preserving long-term relationships are essential.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking sales professionals with proven closing experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Individuals who have mastered consensus-building across buying committees and enterprise-level objection handling. Here, you'll apply that same strategic thinking but with two major advantages:

no cold calling (you're negotiating with suppliers already doing business with Fortune 1000 clients), and significantly faster velocity—negotiations move in days and weeks, not months and quarters.

It's pure positioning, strategy, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

- Orchestrate multiple supplier negotiations simultaneously to secure cost reductions and improved terms for Fortune 1000 clients
- Spot patterns across supplier relationships and market dynamics to identify leverage points and value creation opportunities
- Research and synthesize complex supplier ecosystems, stakeholder landscapes, and competitive positioning to inform strategy
- Connect the dots between client objectives, market conditions, and supplier constraints to frame compelling value propositions
- Adapt negotiation approaches based on supplier sophistication, organizational structure, and strategic imperatives
- Maintain pipeline velocity while delivering outcomes that exceed expectations and preserve critical supplier partnerships
- Translate technical, operational, and financial complexities into clear strategic narratives that move deals forward

Ideal Background

- IT Services & Solutions Sales → Managed consensus-building across technical and financial stakeholders to close six-figure+ deals
- B2B Tech Sales (Enterprise Focus) → Navigated procurement, legal, and C-suite decision-makers to close complex technology deals

- Strategic Consulting or Qualified Services Sales → Sold transformation engagements requiring business case development and ROI justification
- B2B Financial Services Sales → Structured financing solutions, payment platforms, or treasury services with CFOs and finance leaders
- Commercial Real Estate (Investment Sales or Major Leasing) → Negotiated high-stakes transactions requiring financial modeling and competitive positioning
- Executive Recruiting or Staffing Sales (Enterprise Accounts) → Negotiated retainer agreements, MSP contracts, and exclusivity terms with procurement teams

You'll Stand Out If You Can

- Identify underlying business drivers and buying motivations that aren't immediately obvious
- Connect insights from multiple sources to build differentiated negotiation strategies
- Adapt your approach mid-conversation based on stakeholder reactions and new information
- Hold firm on value while maintaining relationship equity
- Operate with confidence in high-pressure situations where you're building the path forward in real time

Environment & Perks

- Direct Impact: Small, efficient team where your work visibly moves the needle
- Comprehensive Benefits: Full benefits package + retirement savings match
- Remote-First: Work from home; Toronto-based onboarding and quarterly team meetings locally and potentially travel to alternate locations outside of Canada.
- Charitable Giving: We've donated $100K+ from the savings we generate
