Title: NetSuite Project Manager

Location: Toronto (Hybrid -2 days WFO)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead NetSuite ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee testing/UAT.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with NetSuite consultants, developers, and business SMEs for customizations, integrations, and reporting enhancements.
- Provide status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of NetSuite project management experience.




- Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementations (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or HCM modules).
- Robust knowledge of SuiteProjects, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite integrations.
- Thorough understanding of business processes - O2C, P2P, R2R, FAM, Revenue Recognition, Multi-book Accounting
- NetSuite Certification highly preferred - Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, Administrator
- Project Management Experience
- Hybrid - Agile methodology Experience
- Ability to work independently as well as Manage the team.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with global teams and multi‑entity environments.
