Insight Global is hiring a Network Services Technician for a growing organization that has recently expanded into Canada. This is a customer-facing position supporting enterprise and manufacturing clients onsite with network infrastructure installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Travel to customer sites to support network infrastructure projects
- Perform rack & stack, patching, and structured cabling work
- Work within network closets and data room environments
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware issues
- Support moves, adds, changes, and installations of network equipment
- Utilize ticketing systems to document incidents and resolutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service

Must-Haves:

- 3+ years of hands-on network support experience
- CCNA certification
- Experience with structured cabling, patch panels, switches, and routers




- Comfortable working onsite at customer locations and manufacturing facilities
- Robust troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience supporting industrial/manufacturing environments
- Completed or active pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technology related fiel
- Experience with rack & stack deployments and network closet management
