Location : Mississauga - 939Pay Range : $26.11/hr - $34.77/hrTarget Bonus : 5% targetReq ID : 28728Major ResponsibilitiesInspecting and/or verifying incoming material, material in process (WIP), and finished productRequest changes to Engineering prints and Specifications in controlled mannerRoutinely audit production parts for compliance with specificationsParticipate in ISO 9001: 2015 internal & third party auditsIdentify critical Vendor parts issues and create Receiving Inspection activity list to prioritize checks for purchased components based on current& potential problems with purchased partsMaintain& update the key part listing on a regular basis, especially in introduction of new productVisit local sub-contractors to verify key dimensions for our new parts for new launches and advise the vendor on the improvements required for processTravel 10% to other Automation Build Sites as requested by ManagersCheck, identify & return rejected parts & component to the SuppliersEnsure all quarantined parts are routed to designated hold area and scrap parts to scrap bin on a daily basisTo monitor/ test/ verify new vendor products to ensure compliance to the specification per printFormulate reports, provide metrics and/or dashboards at weekly meetings to track and show the impact quality has on the Division’s operational efficienciesReleasing the final product in a timely mannerPerform housekeeping to ensure the safety and clean environment of areas of QA activitiesEnsure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of all equipment and tools used for QA measurementsMust understand the operation and use of all equipment used for quality assurance proceduresWill drive and develop specifications and procedures to implement the necessary requirements to meet the Divisions Quality StandardsWill be responsible to establish,
