Sales AdministratorWholesale Sales Department | Part-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to execute the daily operations of our wholesale sales department including processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and providing administrative support. This is a key role bridging warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of our products. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & breweryGenerate invoices using Sage Accounting softwareAct as a primary contact for customers, providing updates and responding to queriesPick and pack licensee and export ordersCoordinate shipping logistics and all paperwork for local, out-of-province, and overseas ordersLiaise with carriers and freight partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveriesMaintain inventory and manage transfer of product between warehousesSchedule and manage the daily activities of our in-house delivery driverManage licensee accounts receivablesPayout invoices and process internal depositsPerform data entry including promotions,



receivables, and reconciling non-wine and beer inventoryQualificationsPost-secondary educationPrevious experience in beverage/alcohol order fulfillmentProficient in Sage Accounting or similar accounting/invoicing softwareStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work approximately 20-30 hours per weekMust be able to lift 45 lbsWhat We OfferSmall business with a big mindset.
