Beverage manufacturing experience is required for this position.Vacancy Status: This position is for an existing headcountShift: 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm, and 2:00pm – 10:30pm, rotating bi-weekly.Pay Rate: $21.50/hrRole and ResponsibilitiesSet up and operation of equipment for water purification, carbonation, and mixingCleaning and sanitation of equipmentProper handling of chemicalsControlling and adjusting machine settings (e.G.
speed)Inspect parts with precision measuring toolsFix issues that might occur during the shiftFully understand the emulsion and Glatt processesEnsuring the effective execution of Manufacturing tasks within established company policy, procedure, and requirements (Safety, Quality, Compliance)Complete understanding and sign off of the training matrix for both Emulsion and Bev process within a 12‑month period, progressively work through stages of the processes with support provided from Tilray.Demonstrate competencies and confidence of the tasks required to operate.Fostering and role modeling a positive attitude; outlook, willingness tolearn and contributing to company success in their teamsQualifications And Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; technical degree is an assetProven experience in beverage manufacturing (equipment operation), minimum 1 yearKnowledge of blending equipment/blending processes considered an assetWillingness to participate in problem solving exercisesWorking knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)Demonstrated understanding of production proceduresReliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standardsWillingness to learn and improveBeing a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co‑workersAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.G.
