This role is responsible for the daily operation of all HVAC systems, which includes heating and cooling loops, AHU's, VAV's, Heat Pumps, Chillers, Cooling Towers, VFDs, boilers, pumps, FCU's, ventilation, humidity controls, thermostats, BAS controls and systems, unit heaters, wall units, refrigerants, and associated ductwork, piping, valves, and wiring.ResponsibilitiesPerform daily work orders via the CMMS work order system by priority and urgencyRespond to daily emergencies and after-hours emergencies as they arise and work on resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. Overtime may be necessary.Assist the Supervisor of Facilities in developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance schedule for all building HVAC systems internally and externallyMake repairs on all HVAC systems within and outside of district buildingsComplete follow-up inspections of various work orders and maintenance jobs, and submit any and all deficiencies to the Supervisor of FacilitiesOrder materials as needed to make repairs, replacements, and installation of HVAC systemsAssist with snow removal at buildings.
