Dispatch Location: Calgary 5730 80 Ave. SE Calgary AB T2C 5T9Shifts: Full Time – Most runs are max 1 night out, sometimes over a weekend.Job Type: Permanent.Pay Range: $0.60 per mile / $28.00 per hour on Payroll, not under a corporation.Driver Position ResponsibilitiesDrive professionally, showing experience and pride in work, while adhering to all governing laws and standards of professional care and all safety protocols.Establish & maintain solid relationships with customers.PICK‑UP & deliver using a tractor & trailer combination.Regular trailer switch work between Edmonton and Calgary terminals, Calgary and Kelowna / Coquitlam terminals, and Calgary to Regina / Winnipeg terminals.Plan travel schedules and routes using tablet and other trip‑planning aids, ensuring that all permits are in order for any cross‑jurisdictional trips.Use Truck Telematics to monitor speeding, harsh turns, following too close, etc.; data is reviewed and monitored monthly.Ensure order accuracy upon accepting or delivering to the customer.Verify product is in good condition, notating any issues on the bill of lading or delivery receipt. Paperwork is important in our business.All units have Electronic Log Devices and routing tablets; company‑specific training will be provided.Complete all appropriate reports (pre‑trip, inter‑trip, post‑trip inspections) legibly and accurately.



Daily logs, notating all requirements under the law, are to be submitted in a timely fashion.Maintain and complete fuel reporting for use with Fuel card management and IFTA.Maintain a secure and clean environment for yourself, your co‑workers and our customers.
