Manager, MaintenanceThe role of Manager, Maintenance is to manage the maintenance department for the bottle shop, cellars, building and harvest. The individual will lead the department, oversee the CMMS and CI initiatives and task completion, working in collaboration with all departments to ensure their needs are being met or exceeded.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, schedule, train, supervise, motivate and coach the department supervisor and workers, focusing on productivity uptime and meeting the customers’ needs by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure the best performance of the assets as and when they need them.Overlap with the facility engineer—consult on all current capital projects.Coordinate work performed by outside vendors, handle multiple tasks,
