We sit within the broader Supply Chain organization and are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate planning of raw materials to support production. Our team owns the raw material forecasting and capacity planning, enabling timely and efficient production execution. RM commitments are also managed by RM Supply Planning—a integral part of our proactive approach to support on‑time delivery and increase ocean usage contributing to our sustainability process. We collaborate closely with RM vendors to align on these forecasts, capacity, and seasonal commitments, enabling smooth execution across buy models.Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Raw Materials Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting capacity planning, reporting and process reviews for lululemon product lines. This role will contribute to the creation of a successful and executable sourcing strategy that supports manufacturing business needs. In addition,
the Supply Planning Analyst will work with cross‑functional teams.Compiling raw materials forecasts and detailed analysis of dataAnalyzing the allocation of product multiple times each season by constrained and unconstrained capacity with our global sourcing baseManaging cross‑functional data and creating Excel reporting tools. Examples include Core Trims Analysis, Capacity Verification Report, Trims Multi Sourcing, Raw Materials Commitments, Historical forecast analysis, etc.Supporting with process improvements and general supply planning analysisCommunication internally and externally as needed by the RM Supply Planning Manager and business requirementsEnsure seasonal calendar timelines are metQualificationsUniversity degree preferredMinimum 3 years’ experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred (i.E. merchandising, costing and forecasting)Smartsheet and PBI knowledgeStrong IT skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook a must)Strong knowledge of ExcelStrong organizational and multi‑tasking skillsStrong ability to communicate clearly and objectivelyMust HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve outstanding results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working,

The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400–93,800 annually; the base pay offered isbased on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
