We sit within the broader Supply Chain organization and are responsible for ensuring timely and accurate planning of raw materials to support production. Our team owns the raw material forecasting and capacity planning, enabling timely and efficient production execution. RM commitments are also managed by RM Supply Planning—a integral part of our proactive approach to support on‑time delivery and increase ocean usage contributing to our sustainability process. We collaborate closely with RM vendors to align on these forecasts, capacity, and seasonal commitments, enabling smooth execution across buy models.Core ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Raw Materials Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for supporting capacity planning, reporting and process reviews for lululemon product lines. This role will contribute to the creation of a successful and executable sourcing strategy that supports manufacturing business needs. In addition,



the Supply Planning Analyst will work with cross‑functional teams.Compiling raw materials forecasts and detailed analysis of dataAnalyzing the allocation of product multiple times each season by constrained and unconstrained capacity with our global sourcing baseManaging cross‑functional data and creating Excel reporting tools.
