Job SummarySplitz Gymnastics Centres Ltd. is seeking a full‑time, permanent staff member to demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, and sports activities. The role involves supervising staff, training staff, ensuring safety, and managing logistics for recreational, sports, and fitness programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques.Keep logs and maintain records.Schedule activities.Supervise and train staff.Ensure safety of participants and staff.Instruct groups and individuals in arts and crafts.Assist with coordination of recreational, sport and fitness events.Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs.Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities.Maintain and repair sports equipment.Prepare reports.Understand principles of group dynamics.Provide lifestyle awareness information.Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities.Assist clients/guests with special needs.Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.Assemble supplies, sports and game equipment.Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required.Financial management.Innovation and program development.RequirementsCompletion of secondary education.Minimum of 1 year of experience. If not,
