The new graduate application is a two-step process. Step 1 is to submit your current graduate RN/RPN application by clicking “Apply” on this posting. Step 2 is to complete the new graduate pre-screen form. Once both steps are completed a Recruiter will review the information and reach out to schedule a pre-screen call for those that meet the new graduate criteria.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family-centered care model.

The Registered Nurse (RN) practices in a variety of clinical settings, and working collaboratively with the interprofessional care team, provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients in an acute medical unit.
