Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070

: Reporting to the Facility Manager/Director of Care/Nursing Unit Manager, the Registered Nurse A/RPN is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Prince Albert Parkland Health Region. The Registered Nurse A/RPN has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable

- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Scheduled hours of work may be reduced when a statutory holiday is recognized
