The Nurse

Practitioner (NP) works collaboratively with inter-professional teams to meet patients' complex medical and psychosocial needs. This role is crucial for optimizing patient flow and supporting individuals' transitions within healthcare settings. With a solid focus on patient-centered care, the NP engages in health assessments, care planning, and health education. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
