Role and Facility Information Full-service family practice in a FP clinic. Procedure room in office for lumps and bumps. Shared call coverage for local LTC facility across the street. A collegial group of five FPs and one NP. We also have an LPN on site three days per week. Social worker attached to practice via PCN.

Annual Flat Fee: $6,508.80

Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
