Boardwalk is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician in NW Calgary to ensure a high-quality living setting. This role involves urgent repairs, maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
The perfect candidate will have a background in maintenance services for at least two years, pronto addressing tenant requests within 72 hours. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, focusing on both general and preventative maintenance tasks to uphold our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solve maintenance requests within designated time frames
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections regularly
• Conduct emergency repairs for resident comfort
• Ensure suites undergo quality touch-ups before turnover
• Assist in snow removal duties and other site tasks
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed
• Excellent time-management and customer service skills
• Familiarity with technology is a benefit
