We are looking for a qualifiedJourneyman Electricianwithexperience in heat traceto join our team on a 14/14 schedule in Fort McMurray from June 2026 to August 2026 with solid potential for continued support beyond that period.In this role, you will support the execution ofheat management systems, with a primary focus onelectric heat tracing (EHT)installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesElectrical & EHT ExecutionInstall, maintain, and troubleshootelectric heat tracing (EHT) systemsRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and heat trace designsSupport commissioning and QA/QC of heat management systemsEnsure proper installation of cables, terminations, panels,



and controlsTroubleshoot system issues and support corrective actionsSystem CoordinationWork closely with insulation crews to ensure system integrity and performanceIdentify field constraints impacting execution and communicate effectivelySupport alignment of electrical work with overall project flowPlanning & ExecutionEnsure readiness for assigned work scopesSupport execution planning and completion of required checklistsMaintain awareness of materials, tools, and equipment required to complete work efficientlySafety & ComplianceFollow all site-specific safety requirements and company policiesParticipate in daily toolbox meetings and FLHAsMaintain high awareness of personal and team safetyEnsure work is completed in compliance with applicable codes and standardsQualificationsStrong experience withElectric Heat Tracing (EHT)(preferred)Experience in industrial or oil sands environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, system-based environmentSalary56.00 per hour blended rateBenefits (after 3 months)Dental careExtended health carePaid time offSchedule14/14 - 11.5 hour days - fly in/out#J-18808-Ljbffr
