The role involves collaborating closely with owners and contractors to deliver creative solutions across high‑impact projects.This position can be based out of the Thunder Bay or Sudbury office.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the design team on 3‑D model and drawing development.Contribute insights to project estimates and proposals.Review drawings and other engineering documents.Create and revise Bills of Materials (BOMs).Maintain an organized CAD library.Develop practical solutions for challenges in industrial or mining settings.Complete field work, primarily in industrial or mining settings.QualificationsMechanical engineering technician diploma or equivalent.7+ years of mechanical design experience, preferably in an engineering consulting environment.Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks and 3‑D modelling; experience with MicroStation is an asset.Strong command of MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.Excellent organizational, communication and leadership abilities demonstrated through employment experience.Strong analytical,
